When you register for motivational support with Pam Kaur's Centre, all you need to do is wait for that special phone call or email to gear you up and keep you on track with your weight management resolutions.

 

We provide motivational support in the following ways:

 

- An email including handy fitness and eating tips

- A phone call

 

Our communication with you enables us to check that you are staying on track with your program. It is also an opportunity for you to ask us any questions you may have about your current or future plans.

 

You decide how often you would like to be contacted to keep you in check with your goals. It's that easy!
