Pricing & Payments

Except where noted otherwise, the price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue may be wrongly priced. If an item's correct price is different to our stated price, we will at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Online ordering with us is quick, safe and easy. Follow through the steps below to start your shopping:

1. Start shopping for your desired products by browsing through the product categories. Once you decide on the product(s) you wish to purchase, click on "Buy now" button. This will add the selected product(s) into your shopping cart. You can view the items in your cart by clicking "View My Cart". Select the shipping method and click on the "Recalculate" button to calculate the shipping charges. Specify any special requests in the message box provided.

2. Once you are done with your shopping, click the "Go To Payments" button, located at the bottom of the screen.

3. Provide your delivery and postal addresses then click "Continue". To assist us with processing your order, please provide your landline number as well as a mobile number.

4. Confirm your order and shipping details on the order confirmation page. Select your method of payment and click "Continue".
 

Secure Payments

Payment is required before we can process your order. We currently accept the following modes of payment:

Credit Card
When you select this option, you will be asked to enter your credit card details on the next page. We does not store credit card details. All manual credit card transactions are processed in our secure in house Eftpos terminal.

Paypal

All credit card transactions via Paypal are processed by secure SSL on a hosted payment server. No account setup is required if you select 'Express Checkout' when taken to the Paypal page.

Please Note: To protect against fraudulent purchases, your IP Address will be recorded upon order confirmation. In addition, all credit card payments will go through a security check at VeriSign for approval.

Money Order/Cheque

To pay for your purchase by money order or cheque, you will need to make them payable to "Heal Pty Ltd". Please post your money order or cheque to:

You will need to quote your order number on the back of the cheque. This will be provided to you on the confirmation page.

Please Note: Orders will be processed once the money order/cheque funds are cleared into our account.

Shipping

Your ordered items will be shipped once we have received your payment for the order (and the payment has cleared for money order/cheque payments). If any of the item(s) you order are not available at the time of order, you will be informed of this. You will be given the option to cancel your order or place it on back order. Once your item(s) is placed on back order, your order cannot be cancelled.

We endeavour to process all orders within 2-3 business days. You will be sent an "Order Shipped" email to inform you that your order has been posted.

Please Note: The shipping address cannot be changed once the order(s) has been shipped. The order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

Please note, that postage costs are bundled and based according to the weight of the item(s).

Items on Back-order

Occasionally, a product will be on back-order status. This means we're waiting for the item to arrive from the supplier and it is unavailable for immediate shipment. If you place an order containing both in-stock and back-ordered items, we will ship the items once we have all of the ordered items in stock. This is to save you paying for postage twice. We will only charge you for the order when the order is shipped (unless you are paying by Paypal in which case you will need to make immediate payment).

As mentioned above, you have the option of cancelling your order if you do not wish to wait for the back-ordered item(s). In this case, if you have paid by Paypal, you will be refunded your monies.

Delivery Times

Please note that your order will be processed within 2-3 business days (our business days are Mondays - Fridays). Whilst we endeavour to send your goods quickly, we do not guarantee overnight delivery. If goods are not in stock, you will be advised by either phone or email.

All items are sent via Australia Post. We cannot guarantee the delivery times of the Australia Post network. For delivery to major States, Territories, cities and their surrounding areas, most orders should be received within 2 business days. For delivery to more remote or rural areas, please allow a further 1-2 days.

Return Policy

We offer you the option to return an item for a refund on the cost price or a swap for size or a different item. The rules for returning an item are as follows:

• The item must not be used - only tried on for size (for example - at a shoe store, you cannot buy a pair of shoes and walk in them for a day and then take them back). The same rule applies for all our goods. We will not refund for used items.

• You must return the item(s) in its original packaging. Pack the packaging with care. It is needed for reselling.

• Please note that merchandise must be thoroughly cleaned, ie. all dirt and debris is removed.

• You will have to pay for the return postage.

• Postage paid for the initial delivery of the item(s) is non-refundable.

• For exchanges, you will need to pay for postage of the replacement items (this may be less than the original shipping amount if you ordered 2 or more items originally). Alternatively, you can include a pre-paid post satchel to fit the replacement item(s).

• No returns, exchanges, or faulty item credits will be accepted after 15 days from the time of initial delivery.

Please call us on (07) 419 45677 prior to returning your item(s) to us. This is to enable us to arrange receipt of your posted item(s). You will be required to return the following:

• All of the item(s) and its parts;

• All the of the packaging;

• A copy of the original proof of purchase;

• A completed copy of the Credit Request Form; and

• Your contact details.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 15 business days to process your return or exchange.

Faulty items

All goods returned as faulty will be inspected for a manufacturing defect. If deemed faulty, a full refund or exchange will be given (minus initial shipping charges). We will refund in full the cost of the product provided you have proof of purchase. Shipping will not be refunded unless the goods were sent in error.
